Q:   What can I do as a Student?
A:   Students can attend Classes, participate in Events, create Quests, engage in Battles, enjoy a wide range of Roleplay, design their own Dorm Room, create their own Club, join their own Sport, and even own Pets! There's a million things to do as a Student, it's the most flexible care-free position in the Academy. (Just remember your homework!)


Q:   What's acceptable art-wise on my application?
A:   Traditional artwork, digital.


Q:   What's not acceptable art-wise on my application?
A:   Copying/pasting/stealing art as your character in AoV, bases, sketches, pictures with little effort.


Q:   What's allowed as far as aesthetics on my application?
A:   Add as much as you wish, but you may not change the base color (red) and it must be easily recognizable as an AoV application.


Q:   How do I choose a Dorm?
A:   What Dorm you're sorted into depends on your character's personality.
Each Dorm has a different personality type and color. On the left hand side of your character sheet, there are nine colored circles representing the nine Dorms. Select the top three Dorms you would like to be in, and number them in order from most wanted to least: 1, 2 and 3.

According to availability, we will place you in a Dorm we believe fits your character's personality the best.


Q:   How many characters can I have?
A:   One to begin with, once we believe you're capable of managing more, (this is judged by how good your grades are) you'll be allowed a maximum of two. However, keep in mind-- the more characters you have, the less Classes you'll be able to take!


Q:   What's allowed as far as character creation?
A:   Read: Guidelines to Character Creation.


Q:   How do I become a Staff Member?
A:   Are you good at making memes? How about crests, logos or advertisements-- stock images? Do you enjoy helping, are you good at team work?

Staff Members are the back bone of AoV, they create all the graphics for the events and group! If you're interested in design and getting hands-on with the events, talk to 0ffin to see about becoming a Staff Member! We'd love to have you on the team, and-- you get paid! (You'll be paid in DeviantART points according to the work you do.)


Q:   How many characters can I have as a Staff Member?
A:   When being a Staff Member you're only allowed one character, however that character is allowed Staff Member status, and take Classes!

Q:   As a Professor, how many characters can I have?
A:   Two characters. One Professor, then a Student or Staff Member.


Q:   How many classes can I have?
A:   One, unless exceptions are made. This is decided under certain circumstances and standards.


Q:   What is required art-wise to become a Professor?
A:   As a Professor you must have 5 Class Assignments, and your Professor Application fully completed before joining. You must also be a good artist, someone who has the capability of helping others improve their art through instruction and demonstration.


Q:   How do I Become a Dorm Master?
A:   Talk to 0ffin Dorm Masters are people with a strong work ethic and lots of creativity-- they are also usually known before-hand or earned their Dorm Master status through showing a lot of passion and enthusiasm for the group.


Q:   As a Dorm Master, how many characters can I have?
A:   As a Dorm Master you are allowed three characters. One Dorm Master, and the other two can be any of the following: Teacher/Student or Staff Member.


Q:   What do Dorm Masters do?
A:   Dorm Masters event plan! They're the heart and soul of the plot of AoV. Only Dorm Masters are allowed to plan main events. They also rule over their Dorm and can control the rules and activities within it.


Q:   What is required art-wise to be a Dorm Master?
A:   Dorm Masters must submit a Dorm Crest, and complete a Character sheet.  


Q:   How do I become the Headmaster?
